Anthony & Barry finished their 2009 SPEED Series campaign with a solid 3rd place at Silverstone in the final race of the season.
Barry took the helm in qualifying, finishing in 9th place in a very tricky wet session. The top order was so close that positions 4th to 10th were covered by just a few tenths.
At the start, Barry ran in a strong 6th place, closing on those ahead but a moment at Becketts dropped him to 7th and he couldn't reclaim the lost ground despite again lapping as fast as the 3rd place driver.
Anthony took over half way through the 3 hour race and chased down Jean Lou Rihon to take 3rd. He resisted a late race challenge from the Woodcock Brothers Ligier to consolidate 3rd place.
The position was enough to earn the team 2nd place in the 2009 UK SPEED Series and 1st in the European Series.
