Anthony shook down Sandy Watson's Chevron B19 at Silverstone on his first competitive outing in a historic racing car. He was on the heels of some much quicker cars in the Classic Endurance Racing series, a support race to the Le Mans Series weekend on the full Grand Prix Circuit.
He qualified 5th, despite missing the opportunity to put new tyres on & get a clear lap in qualifying: "We had the pace to be on the front row, so it's a shame we missed that chance" said Anthony.
Sandy competed in Saturday's qualifying session, but unfortunately, the pair couldn't compete in the race due to an engine problem which couldn't be rectified in time for the 60 minute race.
